Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 27 years as on 17-01-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per the Government rules.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have passed Matriculation/ Class 10th or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board of Education and must have Knowledge of local language/dialect.
Application Fee: General and other unreserved candidates are required to pay Rs. 50/- while SC/ ST/ Physically Handicapped/ Women/ Ex-Servicemen category candidates are exempted from paying application fee.
Application fee should be paid by cash deposit (offline payment) at any branch of State Bank of Indian using the Challan form (available in Part II of the online application) or by using internet banking facility of State Bank of India or State Bank ATM-cum-Debit Card.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written examination, language test, personality test, documents verification and medical examination.
Online Application Form: All those candidates who wish to apply for IB Security Assistant Posts in Intelligence Bureau, they are required to apply through online mode on IB’s official website at www.mha.nic.in before 17th February 2014. After filling online application candidates are required to take print out of the system generated online application form for further use.
How to Apply Online: Before start applying online, candidates must have valid Email ID and scanned copy of Photograph & Signature.
- Log on to IB’s official website at www.mha.nic.in.
- Find the link of “Security Assistant” and click on Apply Online.
- Now Read instructions and click on Part I of Application Form.
- Now fill all marked details and click on submit button.
- Once done with first part, now proceed to Part II of online application.
- Now make payment, Upload your Photograph & signature in the prescribed format & submit the error free application.
- At last, take print out of system generated application form for further use.
