Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation APSRTC invites applications from the eligible candidates for the recruitment of 123 Driver posts on contract basis. All Eligible candidates should send applications in prescribed format on or before 11th December 2013.

Name of the Posts: Drivers
Age Limits: Candidates age should be between 22 years to 35 years. Age relaxations applicable for the reserved category candidates as per the government rules.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have posses H.P.M.V  or H.G.V or H.T.V Valid Driving License. Candidates must have Read & Write Knowledge of Local Language Telugu and Urdu.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs.100/- as fee at Depot Managers to get Application.
Selection process: Candidates will be selected based on the Driving Test and Interview.
How to Apply: All Eligible candidates should submit dully filled applications in prescribed format along with the relevant documents at the Depot Manager Office on or before 11th December 2013.

1) Which South East Asian country witnessed huge anti-government protests on 25 November, 2013 after which state of emergency was imposed in the capital? – Thailand (Tens of thousands of protesters took to the streets of Thai capital Bangkok on 25 November in an effort to paralyse the government within three days and bring about a change in administration. Fugitive former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra is seen as the de facto leader of the Pheu Thai party that leads the current government in Thailand.
