This proposed re-christening of ICSI would be in line with the institute’s recent aspiration to elevate its members from being compliance officers to governance professionals. 5) फिलीपीन्स में पिछले तीन दशक का सबसे भयंकर तूफान 8 नवम्बर, 2013 को आया जिसकी गति 250 किमी से ऊपर थी। इस तूफान को क्या नाम दिया गया? - "टाइफून हयान" - “Typhoon Haiyan” (उल्लेखनीय है कि इस तूफान के चलते फिलीपीन्स में लाखों लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थान पर पहुँचाना पड़ा और देश में बिजली आपूर्ति, यातायात जैसी सभी महत्वपूर्ण सेवाएं प्रभावित हुईं। यह तूफान राजधानी मनीला से 650 किमी दक्षिण-पूर्व में स्थित पूर्वी समर प्रांत के गुइयुआन (Guiuan) शहर में अधिकेन्द्रित था तथा इसकी लाई तबाही के चलते चार लोगों की मौत हो गई)
6) स्पेशल प्रोटेक्शन ग्रुप (SPG) ने पहली बार भारत में किसी महिला की सुरक्षा के लिए अपनी महिला कमाण्डो की सुरक्षा 8 नवम्बर, 2013 को मुहैया कराई। यह सुरक्षा किस महिला को उपलब्ध कराई गई? - गुरशरण कौर, प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह की पत्नी (देश में यह पहला मौका था जब SPG की महिला कमाण्डो को किसी महिला की सुरक्षा में तैनात किया गया हो। उल्लेखनीय है कि SPG की स्थापना इंदिरा गांधी की हत्या के बाद प्रधानमंत्री, पूर्व प्रधानंत्रियों तथा उनके परिवार के सदस्यों की सुरक्षा के लिए की गई थी। इसकी महिला कमाण्डो केन्द्रीय औद्यौगिक सुरक्षा बल (CISF) से ली गई महिला अधिकारी हैं जिन्हें SPG में प्रशिक्षण दिया गया है तथा इन सब की आयु 30 वर्ष से कम है)
