Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 19.5 years to 25 years. In other words candidates should be born between 02-01-1990 to 01-07-1995. Age relaxation is applicable as per the Govt. rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess the qualification of BE/ B.Tech Degree with at least 65% marks in aggregate from any recognized university for Executive and Technical Branch posts and B.E/ B. Tech in any discipline for other posts.
Application Fee: Read official notification for application fee detail.
Selection Procedure: Eligible candidates will be selected based on their performance in written examination, physical test, medical test followed by the Interview.
How to Apply: All those candidates who wish to apply for Short Service commissioned officer posts in Indian Navy, are required fill online application (e-Application) form from official website at nausena-bharti.nic.in from 8th march to 24th March 2014. Follow the instructions on how to apply online for recruitment.
After submission of online application, candidates need to print two copies of system generated online application form and note down application number. One copy of this application form is to be duly signed and it should sent to below address along with the Self attested photograph, Attested photo copies of 10th & 12th class certificates.

General Elections of 2014 : Schedule and Salient Features
The Election Commission of India (ECI) announced the election schedule for General Elections of 2014 on 5 March 2014. Following are the salient features of this schedule:
- General Elections 2014 to be held for constituting 16th Lok Sabha
- The term of 15th Lok Sabha expires on 31 May 2014
- 16th Lok Sabha to be constituted by 31 May 2014
- The complete exercise of General Elections 2014 to be completed in 9 stages
- Elections to be held from 7 April 2014 to 12 May 2014
- Election Dates : April 7, 9, 10, 12, 17, 24, 30, May 7 and 12
- Result to be announced on : 16 May 2014
- Model Code of Conduct imposed immediately from 5 March 2014
- Assembly Elections in three states (Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Sikkim) to be held simultaneously with General Elections
- Approximately 81.4 crore voters eligible to take part in these elections
- Approximately 9.3 lakh polling stations to be established
- All electronic voting machines to have 'none of the above' (NOTA) facility
- Elections in both Uttar Pradesh and Bihar to be held in 6 stages.
- Elections in 21 states and union territories to be finished in single stage.
- Election for maximum 122 Parliamentary Constituencies to be conducted in the 5th Stage (on 17 April 2014), making it the largest stage. On the other hand elections for only 5 Parliamentary Constituencies to be conducted in the 4th Stage (on 12 April 2014) thus making it the smallest stage.
- 95.64% voters have been provided the Elector Photo Identity Cards (EPICs) while photographs of 98.64% voters have already been printed in the electoral rolls.
- For the first time Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) to be used in Lok Sabha Elections in India. However, VVPAT would be used in only some selected constituencies.

Pay Scale: Following salary as well as Grade Pay will be given.
Selection Process: Selections of candidates will be made on the basis of their merit list.
